Excellent service. I went in for routine cleaning and the Dentist also fixed an enamel crack while was there. Been a faithful customer for over a decade and I am very pleased with Andler Dental services.

Dr. Andler and Paige are excellent. Very thorough. Paige's explanations are technical, but clear. A wonderful office.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have my teeth cleaned?

Adults and children can expect to visit the dentist for a cleaning every six months or so. This is to prevent the accumulation of harmful plaque and give our team the chance to monitor any changes in your oral health throughout the year.

Are cleanings covered by insurance?

All major insurance plans cover preventive visits and services in part or in full, depending on the plan. Many patients are fully covered for two preventive visits each year. Periodontal maintancence appointments, also called deep cleanings, are typically more expensive because they are not considered preventive. Our team will confirm your insurance and discuss your coverage with you so you know what to expect during your visit.

How often should I see the dentist?

The American Dental Association recommends a minimum of two preventive visits each year. It’s important to maintain a regular dental checkup schedule. Not only does it help keep your smile free of cavities or gingivitis, but it also allows our dentist the opportunity to look for signs of other concerns before they become a more serious, and costly, condition.

Do dental cleanings hurt?

No, a cleaning is generally a very comfortable experience for most patients. Our skilled hygienists are highly trained and use a gentle approach to prevent any pain or discomfort. Patients with sensitive teeth or gums may experience some discomfort. If you’re experiencing any issue with sensitivity, be sure to let us know before your cleaning. We will do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
