Jamie is a Milwaukee Area Technical College graduate with an associate degree in dental hygiene. She then continued her skill set by attending the University of Minnesota Dental School to gain her licensure for the administration of local anesthetic. Jamie was one of the first hygienists in Wisconsin to become licensed to administer nitrous oxide from Madison College and received her laser certification shortly after. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, majoring in Zoology.
She sought to further her education by earning a master’s in educational leadership from Concordia University-Portland. Jamie has also had the privilege of being a clinical dental hygiene instructor at Madison College from 2011–2019 and has been working in dentistry since 1997. She has been with Andler Dental for over a decade and appreciates the strong team she works alongside and the amazing patients she has the privilege of serving.
Outside of the office, she loves being with her husband of over 25 years, Chris, and their children: Taylor, Ty, and Kylie. When she is not doing something with them, she enjoys exercising (a Peloton junkie), gardening, crafting, movies, corralling her crazy but lovable pup, Charlie, and, of course, always learning about new advancements in dentistry.
Michelle is a graduate of Madison College with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist with 30 years of experience in the field. She has worked the majority of her career in the Madison area. Her journey into dental hygiene began with a strong desire to help others maintain their oral health and a fascination with the science behind dental care.
At our practice, Michelle’s primary goal is to ensure that each patient feels comfortable and well-cared for during their visit. She believes in a personalized approach to dental hygiene, taking the time to understand each patient's unique needs and concerns. She is committed to helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Michelle has lived in the Dane County area for 22 years. She is married and has a son, a daughter, and a soon-to-be son-in-law. She has a three-year-old yellow labrador retriever, named Bosun. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys all things UW-Badgers, especially football! She loves spending the summer on the boat and also enjoys her time with her family at their cabin. Michelle also finds enjoyment in working out and reading when she can fit it in.

Clare is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Carbondale where she received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She has been working in the dental field since 2014, four years as an assistant and three years as a dental hygienist. Clare loves to meet new faces each day and develop relationships with her patients, ultimately helping them achieve their oral health goals and optimal wellbeing. She was drawn to dentistry from early childhood and has known that being a dental hygienist was her profession of choice since the age of twelve! Clare feels that this office is a perfect fit for her since it has a very personable approach to dentistry. Andler Dental meets her professional expectations, with long standing patients and a strong team willing to work cohesively. When she is out of the office she enjoys shopping, spending time with family, exercising, visiting friends near and far, exploring her new stomping grounds in Wisconsin, playing with her cat – Willow, and indulging at her favorite local restaurant Villa Dolce.
Paige is a 2018 graduate from Madison College with an associates degree in dental hygiene and has been working in the field ever since. She loves continually learning about her field and developing close connections with her patients. Patients find her demeanor cheerful, calm, and caring. Prior to getting her degree she grew up in Reedsburg, WI where she still visits family today. She moved to Madison 2015 and fell in love with the area. In particular she loves finding new places to eat, her favorite cuisine is Thai food. She lives with her 2 dogs and fiance and they love all the outdoor things such as concerts, hiking, kayaking, camping, etc. In the winter she enjoys hunkering down with a good book and some puzzles.
Megan is a graduate of the Madison Area Technical College from their dental assisting program and is active in continuing education every year. Megan has well over a decade of experience in dentistry. She’s responsible for helping and assisting both doctors’ chairside, assisting anyone needing help throughout the office, cleaning, setting up, and organizing operatories before and after procedures. She says she chose a career in dentistry because she loves working with people and being involved in healthcare. She knows that being a dental assistant is a good job that will always be needed to keep people in Madison happy and healthy. When you meet Megan, you’ll find that she’s always outgoing, organized, patient, humorous, and understanding. When she’s not in the office, she’s with her husband Kevin, who’s a farmer, and their son Liam. They enjoy Fuji restaurant for the blue crab roll because it’s “crab on crab on crab.” Megan also enjoys spending time with family, photography, thrifting, yoga, hiking, gardening, and kayaking.
Kayla entered the dental field in 2003, training on the job and gaining experience through hands on care. She acquired additional skills and knowledge over the years through continuing education, which encompassed hands on courses that specialized in cosmetic treatment as well as full mouth rehabilitation. She enjoys assisting a multitude of different procedures on a daily basis, and although she has become seasoned in the profession, the interaction and connection with patients remains her favorite part.
Building trust and easing anxiety can be especially helpful to make each patient’s appointment comfortable and efficient. Helping patients achieve oral health and overall wellbeing gives her immense professional gratification. Kayla’s transition to Andler Dental in 2023 was seamless. Her mission and values align perfectly with the team’s and she looks forward to growing with the practice.
Outside of work Kayla’s priority is her family, this includes her three children and her significant other. They spend lots of time together boating, snowmobiling, hunting, traveling, playing games, doing puzzles, and trying new supper clubs. Her dog, Jase, is definitely the baby of the family. He is her tried and true companion. Where ever Kayla goes, you can rest assure Jase is by her side.
Keli has been working in dentistry for over 25 years! She began her dental journey when she enlisted in the Army Reserve National Guard and served for 8 years. 4 years in Springfield, IL, and 4 years in Las Vegas, NV. Her initial training began as a dental assistant, where she fell in love with the dental profession. Keli attended Parkland Community College in Champaign, IL, and then switched to Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, IL, where her emphasis of study was in psychology. Eventually moving to Wisconsin, she found herself wanting to pursue a full-time career in the dental field.
As a patient care coordinator making people feel comfortable and getting to know patients means a lot to her. She loves being part of the Andler Dental team and feels that they bring professionalism and knowledge to the dental profession. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, two sons, Brandon and Ryan, and her fur babies, Sasha, Tootsie, Stormy, and Cody. Traveling with friends and family, crafting, being a foster parent for the Humane Society, camping, boating, and enjoying a meal at her favorite restaurant, the Glarner Stube in New Glarus, are her favorite past times. Keli is the missing piece that has completed the Andler Dental team with her caring demeanor, optimistic attitude, and passion for her work and personal life.
Julie is a graduate of Madison Business College with an associate’s degree in business management. She’s been working in the dental field since 2002. When asked what she loves most about her role at Andler Dental, Julie says it’s the people — both coworkers and the patients. She says every day is challenging, yet fun and she loves meeting and talking with our patients. Before working in dentistry, Julie was employed in retail. She says she enjoyed customer service and helping people, so she thought dentistry would be somewhere she could use her skills and background while also learning a new industry. When she’s not busy at work, Julie spends time with her husband, Pat, they enjoy hiking, bike riding, and spending time at their condo in Florida. Julie and Pat have 3 adult children; Danielle, Jake, and Jared. They also have 3 rescue dogs; Lewis, Max, and Archie. She and her husband plan on starting a dog rescue upon retirement and love any Badger sports — especially volleyball and football.
Kathy is no stranger to Andler Dental. She first joined our team in September of 2020. Yet, life’s twists and turns took her on another path for a bit, but we are grateful that she found her way back to us in January of 2024. We could not be more fortunate, since Kathy has over 25 years of experience in the dental field. Her career in the field originated when she graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with a dental assisting diploma. She is so happy to be part of the Andler Dental team and thankful for the wonderful co-workers and patients she encounters every day! Her role as a Patient Care Coordinator allows her to use her dental experience to help patients feel more comfortable and informed.
When she is not working, she and her husband, Steve, love spending time with their two boys and grandson. You will also find her relaxing up North at their family cottage, enjoying a multitude of outdoor activities like biking, walking, or trying to improve her golf game. If she’s not there, you may catch her cheering on her favorite Wisconsin teams – Brewers, Bucks, and Packers!
